STEPHANI
Owner
Stephani McGirr is uniquely positioned to be an advocate and partner in growing your DPC practice. In a previous lifetime, she studied Biology and Pre-Med, preparing for medical school to become a pediatrician. She worked as a surgical assistant during her undergrad years. After completing her degree, instead of continuing to medical school, life took a new adventurous path when she moved to Austria with her husband. She learned German, raised four children, and grew two different businesses online while living overseas for 15 years. A life-long learner and avid researcher, she dove into online marketing for her own marketing needs, learned what it takes to start and grow a business in the online world, and discovered a new passion along the way.
While in Europe, Stephani and her husband experienced first-hand what a well-established, functioning healthcare system can and should be. Upon returning home to the U.S. again, as self-employed individuals with four children, they also experienced the catastrophe of the unaffordable U.S. healthcare system and what it has become. Discovering the beauty and security of Direct Primary Care medical service, Stephani knows firsthand the benefits and understands how important it is to share this industry with the people who need it. She is bringing her two very different passions together by marketing for DPC medical practices. She understands the industry from the medical perspective as well as from the client, or patient perspective. She speaks the language of both sides and can help you grow your practice by translating your services into a message that the world can understand.

Her leadership and management skills have allowed her to become quite dynamic in her ability to work in many facets. Michaela is a lover of life and when she's not working, she enjoys being in nature, traveling, dancing, and creating events to help people gain awareness and understanding of themselves and the world around them.

Kyle is a dedicated Executive Assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He excels at organizing tasks, solving problems, and implementing ideas to enhance team productivity. Known for his supportive nature, Kyle is committed to delivering the best service and fostering collaboration within his team. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and spending quality moments with his family. He also loves exploring beautiful places using his motorcycle, bringing a sense of adventure to both his personal life and professional endeavors.

She is a passionate mom of two who thrives on all things creative and focuses on positivity in all areas of life. When she's not working, you can find her painting, cooking homemade meals, creating music, exploring nature, or spending time with her family.

Narmeen's focuses are managing CRMs, marketing automations, landing pages and marketing campaigns. She has a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing. She has also completed certifications in Digital and Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design. When she is not working, Narmeen loves spending time with her family or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Latha has a Bachelor’s degree in Visualization from Texas A&M University, where she learned various forms of digital art including graphic design. She has experience creating trendy and educational marketing content for small businesses and loves to exercise her creative muscle in that way. Along with content creation, she is passionate about forming and fostering long-lasting connections within the digital space. Outside of work, Latha enjoys reading, running her small art business, and spending time with her dogs.
